We deliver once per week. Simply click the "Buy" button beside each prduct you want and your shopping cart/order will be instantly updated. Ordering is simple and quick. You proceed with your order and YOU ARE NOT BILLED at checkout. Your order is reviewed by us then we send a confirmation email prior to delivery and arrange payment.
Remember, from us you can order ANYTHING you want. Not just fruit and veggies! Nuts, cereals, soups, flour, baked goods, sports supplements and vitamins. If you want it, we'll deliver it!
- Order cutoff day - Tuesday 4pm
- Delivery day - Fridays
We fill your order and deliver it in a cooled basket keeping meat and frozen foods just the way you'd expect them. Then we leave the basket at your selected destination, which you'll confirm with your order. We use a reusable basket which requires a small security deposit.
We find this is the best and most convenient way to keep food fresh and cool for delivery. Then we simply pick up the empty basket from you when we make our next delivery. All we ask is that you clean the basket before placing it for us to pick up. We appreciate the help!
Debit Card 
Credit Cards & Cash Debit card is the preferred payment method. We take your credit card info intitially (your card WILL NOT be charged) for security. Once you're a steady client we'll even accept a cheque.

We'll ALWAYS confirm your order prior to delivery, unless you state otherwise. Once you approve the order we'll deliver it to your door on delivery day!
